August 1, 2013, your user name and password have changed.

In your help desk request, please state that you need a user name and password. Provide your name, address, and phone number to ensure we are finding the correct record in our system.
Help desk hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We expect a high volume of inquiries. During help desk hours, we expect to be able to respond within 3 hours of receiving your user name and password request. Inquiries made after 3 p.m. will be responded to no later than the next day that the help desk is open.
